Acknowledgments are a way to allow customers to opt into an agreement or communication.
Type | Description |
Stored Credential | To meet 3DS2 requirements by the payment gateway |
Auto Pay | To explain what users are agreeing to by opting into Auto-Pay |
Custom | Checkbox for any type of terms |
Terms of Service | For users that need to opt into a terms of service agreement. |
Privacy Policy | For users that need to opt into a privacy policy |
Payment Terms | For users that need to agree to payment terms or recurring payments |
Create Acknowledgements by navigating to Company Settings > Acknowledgments. The various acknowledgments can then be presented in unique customer experiences by being assigned to Hosted Pages, Profiles, or Segments.
Acknowledgments that have been agreed to will be stored at the user level for auditing purposes.
