Adding an E-commerce Page

Overview

To locate e-Commerce pages, simply log in as an administrator and navigate to the Subscribe > Pages section.

Here, you will find all your e-Commerce pages conveniently listed. To quickly find a specific page, use the search bar located at the top of the page. You can also sort or filter the pages based on various criteria such as Partner, Journey, Profile, and Creator.

Add Page

To create a new e-Commerce page, simply click on the "Add Page" button located in the upper right corner. This will open a new window where you can enter all the necessary information to set up your page.

Page Name

You have the option to enter a personalized name for the page.

Journey

You will have a list of new order journeys created in the portal to choose from. These journeys consist of products, rules, and steps that will shape the customer experience of your e-commerce flow.

Profile

You will have a selection of profiles to choose from that have been created in the portal. The profiles determine which Hosted Pages will be displayed in this e-commerce flow. Additionally, users who sign up through this e-commerce flow will be assigned this profile on their PeakCommerce user account.

Invoice Owner

You will have a selection of options to choose from in a dropdown menu. The default option, which is most commonly selected, is "user." However, you also have the alternative option of selecting "partner."

Currency

You will have a selection of all available currency options to choose from.

Default Country

You will have a selection of all countries to choose from in a convenient drop-down menu.

Template

You will have a selection of e-commerce templates that have been created in the portal. These templates will allow you to apply stylish designs to your e-commerce page, enhancing its overall appearance and user experience.

Signup Template

If you choose to use the Custom Signup feature instead of the default signup page provided by PeakCommerce, you will have access to a selection of signup templates created in the portal. These templates allow you to customize the signup process to suit your specific needs and preferences.

Custom Signup Fields

If you have added custom lead signup fields from Salesforce under the CRM Integrations section, you will find these fields in a convenient pop-up window. From there, you can enable, require, or rearrange these fields. These fields will be displayed on the signup page of your e-commerce page and the information entered will be saved and associated with the lead created in Salesforce.

Lead Type

By utilizing the CRM integration, you will have access to a dropdown list of Lead Types that have been created in Salesforce. From this list, you can choose the appropriate Lead Type for signups generated through this e-commerce page. The selected Lead Type will then be assigned to these signups, ensuring accurate categorization and organization within Salesforce.

Additional Information

Additional fields to consider when creating an e-Commerce page are Partner and Short Name. While not mandatory, we highly recommend adding a short name as it can improve search engine ranking and make it easier for users to access your page. The short name will replace the long page ID in the URL slug.

Creating a successful e-Commerce page relies heavily on defining a clear journey and configuring other features like a profile and a page template.

Once you have made all the necessary changes, simply click on the "Save" button, and your page will be visible for all to see.
