CRM Integrations

The following outlines the CRM Integration setup in PeakCommerce

Overview

For the setup of both Sandbox and Production tenants of PeakCommerce, one of the first steps is to integrate with a CRM system. This must be done if the tenant is keeping track of leads, customers, and sales in a CRM system. 

Using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) engine is a way to manage interactions with customers and potential customers. Integrating a CRM system with PeakCommerce allows for seamless connectivity and increased functionality. This integration is used for converting leads and syncing the CRM Id and account information to the billing system. 

To get to the Billing Integrations page, navigate to Integrations > CRM. These settings can be managed by clicking the edit button at the bottom of the page.
