Customer Hub, Customer Role

Overview

Customer Users are accounts that have access to the Customer Hub.

Customer access to your account is supported if you have the create an account permission that is linked to the Customer role. If you have not linked a user to the customer role, you will not have customers accessing the Customer Hub.

Customers can only access one account associated with their email address. If they need access to multiple accounts, you will need to assign a different email per user account.
