There could be a number of reasons why customers are not able to login to PeakCommerce. We've listed a few of the most common occurrences:

  1. The user forgot their username and password.
  2. The username and password for the billing system integration has changed, expired, or the account has been deactivated.
  3. The user has been deleted from PeakCommerce once their account was deactivated in the billing system.
  4. If the user is using Single Sign-On (e.g. signing in with Salesforce, Google, Facebook), the user has been deactivated or deleted in the originating application. First check to make sure the user is still active in the originating application and the username or password has not changed.

The most common occurrence is that the integration user, setup in the administrative section of PeakCommerce has been deactivated. In this case, please either change the user information for the integration or reactivate the integration users account.
