Ability to Clone Journeys

Journeys (formerly known as Segments) can now be cloned so they do not have to be built from scratch.

Days from Renewal Column

A new column has been added to the subscription summary view of partners and account executives. This Days from Renewal value is the difference between today's date and the end of the subscription's term.

Improvements

Segments have been Renamed to Journeys

Formerly known as "Segments," the collections of categories, products, steps, and rules that create a unique purchasing experience will now be called "Journeys."

Ability to Customize the Zuora "Server Side Validation Error"

A variety of Hosted Page-related errors from Zuora can be mapped to custom user-friendly verbiage under Acknowledgments.

Discounts Amount Overrides

Support has been added to handle discount rate plans with overridden amounts in a PeakCommerce bundled product for Update and Renewal flows.

Current Term Column in Subscription Summary

When viewing the subscription summary as a partner or account executive, the Current Term column has been updated to indicate if the value is representing days or months.

Subscription Summary Performance Improvement

Subscription Summary loading performance and download capabilities have been improved.

Bug Fixes

Edit Contact Window Closes when Highlighting

In the self-service hub, while editing Bill To or Sold To contacts, the window previously closed if highlighting a field or clicking outside of the pop-up. This has been fixed.

Discount Overrides Fix

In a PeakCommerce bundled product, one can override the price of a discount fixed amount or percentage and it will override the amount of that rate plan for the customer's subscription.

Ability to Save new User Actions

One can now successfully save a new User Action in the admin hub UI.

Bundle Code Breaking Products when mismatched on Update Journey

If an existing subscription has a bundled product using a bundle code that does not match the bundle on the update segment with the same bundle code, the Bundle Code feature will not be able to retain the bundle. However, all rate plans will be shown separately instead of not showing at all.

Ability to Delete Journeys

Journeys (formerly known as Segments) can be deleted from admin even if they have an Audit History.

Cancellation Policy may not be null

On a cancellation segment, a default of 'End of Term' will be used for the Cancellation Date Option if none is specified.

Custom Actions from Account Summary

If utilizing custom actions, they can now be utilized from both the Subscription Summary and the Account Summary.

Admin User Table Filters

Fixes have been made to filtering issues for the columns on the admin Users list.

Deprecations

Show Signup Source Tracking

This field in Company Settings was once used to add custom questions to an e-commerce signup page. It has been replaced by our Custom Signup Fields feature.
