Welcome to the release notes for PeakCommerce Release 5.0.0. This article serves as a consolidated page for all release notes pertaining to the following PeakCommerce products:

• PeakCommerce for Zuora

1. Separated Logic to Individually Toggle SFDC Functions

   Within Integrations → CRM settings, new features are introduced as checkboxes:

   • Sync CRM ID to Zuora: Enables synchronization of CRM ID from Salesforce to Zuora.

   • Override SFDC Account Number with New Zuora Billing Account: Syncs Zuora account number to Salesforce account object (number).

   Note: Enabling this feature requires the AccountNumber field on the account object in Salesforce.

2. In-App Total Displays Invoice Preview Amount when Updating Subscriptions

   During in-app subscription updates, the displayed total at checkout now reflects the invoice amount from Zuora for the change, potentially prorated based on tenants' multiple billing settings.

3. E-commerce - Enabling and Requiring Contact Fields

   Provides flexibility to determine displayed and required contact fields on the payment step in e-commerce, allowing acquisition of two different contacts for one account.

4. Admin Setting to Enable Subscriptions to be Invoiced Separately

   Navigate to Company Settings → Company Information → Site Configuration → Subscription. Supports corresponding setting in Zuora.

5. Assign a Payment Gateway for Each HPM and / or Payment Method Type

   Payment gateways can now be assigned at the hosted page level, allowing support for different gateways for each payment method type.

6. Display HPM’s and Payment Gateways in a Dropdown List

   Simplifies hosted page creation by providing a dropdown list of hosted pages and payment gateways from Zuora.

7. Invoice Settlement Feature to Allow For Payments On Future-Dated Invoices

   If Invoice Settlement is enabled in Zuora, users can now pay future-dated invoices, with payment applied immediately.

8. Confirmation Step is Optional for New Order Segments

   Skipping the Confirmation step on a New Order segment is now optional; the payment step creates the subscription directly.

9. Ability to Embed Terms and Conditions Text / HTML in E-Commerce

   Terms and Conditions can be included in the Confirmation & Details step (or Payment Step if Confirmation step is omitted) for e-commerce by adding HTML within the segment's General Configurations.

10. Ability to Add A P.O. Field In The Payment Step (Additional Information)

    The P.O. number field, separate from existing P.O. payment method, is populated on the Zuora customer account field for reference.

11. Use Bill Run for Invoice Processing

    Under Segment → Configuration → General, enabling this setting delays invoice generation until a bill run is performed in the billing system for future-dated subscription amendments.

12. Search Bar Result Customization

    In the Profile section, a new feature reduces load time of customer accounts under My Customers tab for Account Executives and Partner Account Executives.

• Expanded In-App Payment Method Modal Window: Increased size for better viewing experience.

• Copy E-Commerce Page Link to Clipboard: Replaces "View in Front" option with "Copy to clipboard" for easier sharing.

• Hide the “Separate Invoice” Segment Setting if Invoice Separately is Disabled in Admin: Corresponding checkbox hidden if Invoice Separately is disabled.

• Reopen Hosted Page when a New Payment Method Fails: Hosted Page reloads upon entering invalid credit card number.

• Auth0 Integration with PeakCommerce Admin Dashboard: Bidirectional sync with Auth0 for user account management and editing in admin portal. Allows users to manage their own accounts and reset passwords from within customer, partner, or sales portals.
