PeakCommerce has an aggressive year planned for various aspects of the product. In addition to all of the smaller features and enhancements, here are a few of our ambitious goals.

Zuora has released a new way to track usage consumption. Previously customers had to aggregate usage information by querying all of the usage for a given customer or rate plan charge over a period of time. Zuora's new module improves performance and takes the guess work out of the usage windows that should be presented to end customers.

The following use cases will be supported:

• Prepaid with Drawdown: enables your customers to pay upfront to receive a number of consumable units and then consume against that prepaid balance with the possibility of topping up more units or being charged for any overage. 

• Unbilled Usage: enables you to access the usages and due amounts in near real time before charges are billed. You can view the usages and up-to-date amounts due for a subscription in the Unbilled Usage section on the subscription details page.

• Threshold Notification enables you to receive notifications when customized consumption thresholds of prepaid balance or unbilled usage are being exceeded. For more information, see Threshold Notification.

PeakCommerce Engage is a new product offering focused on customer retention that allows companies to communicate with their customers by building dynamic retention flows. We will provide a product demonstration announcement in Q2 of this year.

• No Code Interface

• Have automated real-time conversations with your customers

• Offer alternatives to what they are attempting to cancel or downgrade with automated offers, emails, and/or text messages.

Customers frequently ask for us to build a workflow or offer support in our product for Usage Threshold Notifications. As such, PeakCommerce will be offering the following options:

1. Integration with PeakCommerce Engage to communicate the right message to the customer, in the right format, at the right time. PeakCommerce Engage can consume the information and send communications to customers via email or SMS.

2. Zuora's Threshold Notifications enables you to receive notifications when customized consumption thresholds of prepaid balance or unbilled usage are being exceeded. There are limitations to this product given its infancy.

Customers often ask us if we are integrated with Zuora's Connect App Promotion code module. And to be candid, we don't intend to due to the architecture of Connect and the problems with interfacing with those apps. Zuora will be sunsetting Connect in the near future as they work on alternative marketplace plans.

PeakCommerce has been busy working on our own promotion code module we will offer to customers. We will also release an integration with the industry leading promotion code engine Voucherify.

Our new API first architecture has been a large request from customers and we are heavily working on it. The Salesforce Subscription Management integration will only be available on the API first architecture and our Zuora customers will be migrated over throughout 2024.

We will continue development and integration with Salesforce's new API first product offering aptly named: Salesforce Subscription Management. This is separate from Salesforce CPQ & Billing and is designed to support a plethora of Ecommerce and Subscription Management use cases.

First phases of the offering will be:

• Phase 2: Customer Account & Subscription Management

• Phase 3: Partner Account & Subscription Management

PeakCommerce is investing in our knowledge center and self-help resources which has how-to videos, and customer use cases. We've complied an abundance of information over the years and now will extend the tips, tricks, and sample code through the knowledge center.

We have complied a list of customer requests and will also launch a enhancement voting portal where customers can submit their own requests and vote on the larger subset of product features in the pipeline.
