Steps represent the “pages” that a customer goes through in the e-Commerce flow or in the portal. These steps can include Sign Up, Category, Confirmation and Details, Payment Details, Subscription Terms, and Cancellation.
The look and feel of these steps can be determined in the e-Commerce template assigned to the page. For additional information on e-Commerce pages, view the articles Templates, and E-Commerce Page Concepts.
Steps can be found in Segments by navigating to Subscribe > Segments > View Segment.

Types of Steps
Below are the seven types of steps available in PeakCommerce, as well as descriptions of each.
This is usually one of the first steps on an e-Commerce flow. This step represents a page where customers will sign up for the product offerings of a company. Customers would fill in basic contact information. This information is used for the PeakCommerce account, as well as the account in the billing system.
This step represents a page where products will be displayed to the customer. If there is more than one category of products then this step can occur multiple times.
This step represents a page where customers can enter their payment method to purchase a product.
This step represents a page where a company displays the terms of service the customer must agree to.
Confirmation and Details
This step represents a page where customers can review their order and information entered during the sign up and payment details steps.
This step represents a page where a company displays a thank you text to customers. The text displayed on this page is determined by the chosen HTML.
This step allows existing customers to cancel their orders via in-app subscription management.
