My Account Page Templates

As of October 2022, various sections of the My Account page layout have been templatized. This makes each section much more customizable.

The content, look, and feel of the page will remain the same with PeakCommerce's default templates.

Create new templates building off of PeakCommerce's default templates in order to make UI changes.

Each template is then assigned to a profile so various cohorts of customers can have unique experiences in the portal.

Adding Templates

Navigate to Templates > All Templates in the admin lefthand nav. The template types related to the My Account page include Invoice History Templates, Refund History Templates, Payment History Templates, and Account Contacts Templates. 

To add a new template click the Add Template button. Add a name for the template. Open up the "--Choose System Template--" dropdown and select the "Peak Default" option provided. This will populate the template with the out-of-the-box HTML which can then be manipulated and saved as a new template. Be sure to check the "Active" checkbox before saving. 

Invoice History

The Invoice history table displays Invoice Number, Invoice Date, Due Date, Invoice Amount, Invoice Balance, and a View PDF link. The format of this table, the columns, or the entries, can all be customized and filtered using the template.

Payment History

The Payment History Table displays Payment Date, Payment Number, Payment Total, Unapplied Amount, Payment Type, Payment Method, Card Number (or Account Number), Invoice Number, Refunds, and Status. The format of this table, the columns, or the entries, can all be customized and filtered using the template. 

Refund History

The Refund History Table displays Refund Date, Refund Number, Refund Amount, and Refund Source. The format of this table, the columns, or the entries, can all be customized and filtered using the template.

Contact Information

PeakCommerce provides two default template options for displaying contacts (if enabled in profile permissions).

Box

The first is "box style" similar to today's contacts, however, the contacts now have a border, are editable separately, and there can be more than two.

Columns

The second option is in table format with columns for the contact fields and rows for each contact. This design was created to seamlessly allow for more than two contacts to be shown if there are additional contacts in Zuora.

Assign to Profile

The templates for the My Account Page tables are assigned to user profiles. Navigate to Users > Profiles > hover over the profile of choice, click Actions > Edit. On the My Account Tab, for each of the sections, there will be a dropdown menu to select one of the active templates for each table type. If no template is chosen, PeakCommerce's default will be used automatically. Click Update to save changes to the profile.
