Templatizable My Subscriptions Page
The My Subscriptions page of the in-app experience has been restyled using a template format. New templates can be created and edited for the subscription content on this page to make it fully customizable. Each profile can have a different template to give end users unique experiences.

Customer Portal Usage View
If utilizing usage charges in the billing system, usage units that have been uploaded into the billing system can be shown to the customer on the My Subscriptions page. The usage widgets allow one to track their progress for the service period and to download usage reports.

No Payment Required
In addition to Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and P.O., there is now an option to proceed through a checkout flow without requiring any payment method. This is useful if payments are processed outside of the billing system or handled at a later time.

Stored Credential Profile for 3DS2 Compliance
If the Payment Gateway or Hosted Pages in the Billing System require consent to a Stored Credential Profile by the end user, then a checkbox can be enabled in PeakCommerce to accept these terms when processing a payment method and to automatically create the profile in the Billing System.

Support for Multiple Charges Under one Rate Plan
Multiple Charges nested under one Rate Plan in the billing system can now be handled seamlessly in the PeakCommerce UI. On the My Subscriptions page, all charges on a subscription will be listed.
Partner Administrator Role
The role of Partner Administrator has been tailored for specific admin functions without access to the rest of the Global Admin platform. Partner Administrators can view Partner Account Executive role users, edit these users, log in as these users, and add new Partner Account Executives.

If Invoice Settlement and Credit/Debit Memos are being utilized in the billing syste,, then the Account Metrics fields change. The Account Summary metrics within the portal's My Account page will match the fields based upon the setting in the billing system.
