Product Templates dictate the layout of individual products, offering a foundation for customization. Users can create generic templates here, which can then be further tailored and applied to products as needed.

To initiate a new template, select "Add Template" located in the upper right-hand corner. To modify an existing template, access the "Actions" button on the right side of the page and choose "Edit".

For creating a new template, users have the option to either adapt an existing template from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page or input their HTML code. Upon completion, click "Update" to preserve the template within Peak.

When incorporating products into segments, utilize the "Product HTML" field to specify any product-specific customizations. It's important to note that changes made here won't affect the original product template and are exclusive to the individual product being configured.
