Self-Service Themes


The PeakCommerce in-app environment can be customized through a themes feature to keep brand unity across an organizations websites and products. This allows for a seamless user experience if end customers are navigating from one environment into the PeakCommerce experience​.

PeakCommerce offers two system themes: Standard and Dark. These provide for starting points from which CSS can be used to customize further.

The theme style applies to the Admin Hub, Customer Self-Service Hub, Account Executive Hub, and Partner Hub. The theme applied does not have an impact on e-Commerce pages.

To manage the themes feature:

  • Navigate to User Interface > Themes.

This is where Standard or Dark mode can be selected and where custom CSS related to the theme can be added to override the default style.


PeakCommerce's standard theme utilizes the existing color scheme which includes white and light grey tones with dark grey text. 


The new Dark theme uses dark bluish-grey tones with purple accents and white text.

These themes can be customized through CSS to adjust the navigation pane color, highlight color, buttons, fonts, and more.


PeakCommerce's existing Layouts have changed as well. Layouts are now partitioned into separate layouts for the Standard and Dark themes. Use the dropdown for "Selected Theme" to navigate between the two sets of layouts and customize the portal for either selection.

Note: Stylizing defined in the portal's Global Layouts Head Tag will override the Theme default and custom CSS.
