Selecting the Appropriate Steps for Each Journey Type

Each journey type has specific steps that are essential for proper functioning.

If any mandatory step is omitted, the journey won't appear either in-app or on the e-Commerce page.

  1. New Order Journey:

    • Necessary steps: Sign Up, Category, Payment Details, and Thank You.
  2. Change Order Journey:

    • Necessary steps: Category, Payment Details, and Thank You.
  3. Renewal Order Journey:

    • Necessary steps: Category, Payment Details, and Thank You.
  4. Cancel Order Journey:

    • Only requires the Cancellation step.
